Five uniquely designed and supremely comfortable bedrooms feature 3 king beds, 4 full bunk beds, and 2 twins. Each room has blackout drapes, extra pillows and blankets, smart TVs, and bedside charging stations. The bunk room includes three console video games—Pac-Man, Galaga, and Fast & Furious—to bring out the competitive streak in children of all ages.
The three full bathrooms are newly renovated with modern finishes. Bathroom 1, ensuite to the primary bedroom, and Bathroom 2 have modern walk-in tiled showers. Bathroom 3 has a tub and tiled shower combination. All bathing essentials are provided.
A bright, sunny space with a clean modern design, fully stocked with a complete array of appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. There is generous counter space and five upholstered bar stools for snacks, morning coffee, cappuccino, and pancakes together.
The living room has a relaxed, stylish feel with a large cozy L-shaped sofa, two upholstered armchairs, and two pouf seats. Stay warm by the fireplace, break out the board games, or binge-watch a favorite show.
The dining room is tastefully decorated with comfortable upholstered chairs for leisurely meals, conversation, and board games.
The game room includes air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, tabletop bowling, and upholstered seating for four. It can stay open to the living room or close for privacy, and has its own heating and air-conditioning unit.
The pool table area beside the dining room has its own fireplace and smart TV, so the pool sharks in your group can watch the game while they play.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard becomes your private urban resort:
The property welcomes up to two house-trained dogs and has a fully fenced backyard. A $25 fee applies per dog, per stay. Dogs only; please keep pets off the furniture.

Large park with central lake, playground, sports fields and plenty of green space for walking. Dog friendly. Adjacent to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway where you can walk on a paved path away from street traffic for miles towards uptown, or south. Walk to East Boulevard where shopping and dining abound.
Beautiful trail from Freedom Park downtown, to Pineville 13 miles to the south. Out and back 25 miles on well maintained paved trail.
Spend the day kayaking, rafting, climbing, mountain biking or doing the high ropes course. There is a nice cafe with fresh fare and frequently live music. Check their website for the event schedule and details.
This large park offers fresh air with lots of green space to ride, run, and walk the dogs. This is also a favored place for fishing in the lake from the pier, picnicking and bird watching. This is adjacent to the McAlpine Creek greenway that covers 12 miles and takes 3.5-4 hours to complete.

This home is in a residential neighborhood. These guidelines protect the peaceful experience of guests and neighbors.
Maximum occupancy is 16 registered guests. No additional or unregistered guests are permitted at any time.
Quiet, low-key celebrations are welcome within the registered guest count. Loud, disruptive parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in accordance with the Charlotte noise ordinance: Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our residential neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the property, inside and outside. Any violation is subject to a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, additional charges for guests, cleaning, or damages, fines up to $1,500, and/or immediate cancellation.
Up to two house-trained dogs are allowed for $25 per dog, per stay. Dogs only. Please keep pets off furniture; excessive hair or soiling may incur additional cleaning charges.
You will receive a detailed house manual after booking with instructions for the property and amenities.
I would absolutely recommend this place. The house is great for families as well as groups of adults. The kids had their own area, the adults had their own space, and nobody wanted to leave.

We had my 70-year-old parents down to my four-year-old and everyone found something to enjoy. The home is well stocked and thoughtfully designed for every age.
